Yoga Darshan tutorial
Darshana means to see and receive spiritual insight, and it is believed to have a more universal and practical identity than the ancient seer, Rishi. Darshana is a package of perceptions and thoughts from direct and unmediated insight. However, this package also results from gathering and categorizing these perceptions for a particular purpose and function. It is cast on a correct and measured basis to provide the proper knowledge and wisdom about the world's challenges and man's. This knowledge and understanding can be taught to others as well. Therefore, Darshana is the school of life, which has a framework of knowledge and thought to guide others in life challenges. In Indian philosophical literature, the biggest challenge is often described as "suffering," Yoga Darshan aims to find a way to alleviate it.
In Farhast-Yoga's theoretical courses, we will explore Yoga Darshana from a philosophical and practical standpoint. Our focus will be on moderation and centralization, with the belief that the pinnacle of Yoga is achieving oneness and centeredness through the concept of Ekagrata. The course centers around the idea of "the middle," we will examine it from various angles to understand its place in yoga philosophy. As a believer that a school of thought's philosophy and methods should align, Farhast-Yoga has taken a comprehensive approach to exploring all details of yoga philosophy and methods. By doing so, we aim to bring together all aspects of this ancient practice and fulfill the needs of everyone who practices it. The concept of "Being Meditated in the Middle" refers to being firmly positioned in the middle of life's extremes to surpass suffering. By understanding this middle in yoga, practitioners may clearly understand the philosophy behind their techniques. One can better understand yoga's philosophy and align practices by striving towards this middle.
Theoretical approaches to Yoga Philosophy and other related Vedic sciences will be available to those interested in videos on the YouTube channel: farhast-yoga youtube channel
and in the reference books, written by the founder.
Webinars are held throughout the year, apt to students' inquiries to answer their questions regarding theoretical approaches.
